Negative Deverbatives in the Texts of the Law: Communicative and Pragmatic Aspect

The article concentrates on the study of peculiarities functioning negative verbal nouns (deverbatives) in legislative texts. In process analyzing current laws Russian Federation, it was found that deverbatives used them have different degrees substantivisation, and most common are lexemes ending -ение, is, exactly those which semantics base is clearly manifested. On contrary, more strongly a word has been substantivized, less opportunities to attach negation. Weakly substantivized quite difficult for recipient perceive, since they result nominalization original predicate, during particle does not merge with turns into prefix, thereby forming complex terms structure semantics. addition, acquiring formal indicators belonging group nouns, lexeme continues express verb meanings can be actualized certain contexts. this paper, three types contexts distinguished actualize deverbative: 1) use constructions derived denominal causal or conditional prepositions; 2) presence deverbative noun creative case meaning actor; 3) propositional actants. above-mentioned often leads contradiction their substantive meanings.
